Tania Wallace

Mrs. Wallace’s passion for teaching, lifelong learning and the desire to be a part of a dynamic work environment directed her to a career in teaching. After earning a Master’s degree in Teaching from the State University of New York (SUNY), she spent the last eight (8) years teaching in both public and private schools. During that time she also taught one-on-one, as a tutor. She has worked with students with intellectual and behavioural challenges as well as students that are gifted.

Mrs. Wallace also brings to this position solid experience from the job market. Prior to teaching, Mrs. Wallace completed a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and started her professional career working for a non-governmental organization and then for the Federal Government. Her solid real-world workforce experience combined with her teaching experience enables Mrs. Wallace to understand what students need to be prepared for the job market - even as early as in their post-secondary education.

Mrs. Wallace is a lifelong learner. As such, she is two courses away from completing the French program at the Université de Montreal (UdeM).
