Anthony Scerbo

Mr. Scerbo received his bachelor of education from McGill University in the field of Social Sciences. Over the past 14 years Mr. Scerbo has taught a myriad of courses ranging from grade 7 to 10 history and geography, grade 9 study methods, grade 10 digital citizenship, grade 12 contemporary world, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, technical explorations and integrated project as well as grade 8 mathematics. Teaching a wide range of subjects has given Mr. Scerbo various tools and techniques used to get his students engaged; some of which include modeling how assignments should be completed, utilizing technology in a creative way, using various forms of visuals and organizers and focusing on a student-centered, project driven curriculum.

He uses his passion, attention to detail and creativity to build a desire within every student, to reach their goals and their full potential. Indeed, Mr. Scerbo has a proven track record of preparing his students for the trials and tribulations of college and beyond. He seamlessly weaves real life experiences with that of the classroom to make learning practical for all his students.
